Log in to the Service Cloud console

To log in to the Service Cloud console:

  1. Log in to Salesforce with your credentials.
  2. Click the App Launcher icon and launch the contact center app assigned to you for Service Cloud Voice.
    When you launch the app, the Omni-Channel widget and Genesys Cloud CX Utility open and log in to Genesys Cloud. This image is a screenshot of the Genesys Cloud CX Utility that shows the agent logged in and the status.

Once you are connected to Genesys Cloud, you can set up the Omni-Channel and Genesys Cloud CX Utility:
