Log in to the Service Cloud console
To log in to the Service Cloud console:
- Log in to Salesforce with your credentials.
- Click the App Launcher icon and launch the contact center app assigned to you for Service Cloud Voice.
When you launch the app, the Omni-Channel widget and Genesys Cloud CX Utility open and log in to Genesys Cloud.
Once you are connected to Genesys Cloud, you can set up the Omni-Channel and Genesys Cloud CX Utility:
After configuring the settings, you can select Available for Voice status in the Omni-Channel widget and start receiving the calls. For more information, see the available features:
