Limitations with a digital transcript

When working with a digital transcript in Genesys Cloud, keep in mind the following limitations:

• When an email is archived or deleted, the No Reply indicator is not shown.
• Genesys supports transcripts for emails that are up to 1MB in size.
• Genesys supports transcripts for chat and messages that are up to 1MB in size, which is roughly 7000 words (28000 characters).
• Only the first 2500 phrases of an email transcript will be processed by Sentiment Analysis.
• When an interaction transcription includes both RTL and LTR languages, the words in the transcript may be in the wrong order.
