Install AudioHook Monitor from Genesys AppFoundry

This procedure explains how to install AudioHook Monitor from Genesys AppFoundry. Installation adds the app to your organization’s Genesys Cloud Admin > Integrations page. Later, configure and activate it. Install AudioHook Monitor for each endpoint that you want to stream to.

Note: AudioHook Monitor is a Genesys Cloud premium application. For more information about premium applications, see About premium applications.

Add AudioHook Monitor from Genesys AppFoundry

  1. To navigate to the AppFoundry, perform one of the following steps:
    1. Go to the Genesys AppFoundry homepage.
    2. Access Genesys AppFoundry from the Admin menu:
      1. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
      2. Click Integrations.
      3. Click Genesys AppFoundry.
  2. Click Sign In to log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add AudioHook Monitor.
  3. In the Search box, type AudioHook Monitor. The card for Genesys AudioHook Monitor appears.
  4. Click the card. Information about the app appears.
  5. Click Purchase.

Install AudioHook Monitor from the Admin menu

  1. Log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add AudioHook Monitor.
  2. Click Admin.
  3. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
  4. Click Integrations.
  5. In the Search box, type AudioHook. The card for AudioHook appears.
  6. Click the AudioHook card. Information about the app appears.
  7. Click Install.

AudioHook Monitor is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
