Find flows that use a specific prompt

Architect provides flow authors two options to determine which flows consume a specific prompt. If the prompt is not being used in a flow, no results appear. For more information, see the Suggested content.

  1. From the Architect home page, click or hover over the Prompts menu.
  2. Select the prompt type for which you want to locate flow consumption: User or System.
  3. Click the desired prompt. The Edit Prompt dialog box opens
  4. Click the Find consuming flows link.

Architect opens the Dependency Search tab and lists flows that use the prompt, including name, type of flow, version and publish state, and description. Click a flow to open it.
