Filter numbers

Prerequisites

  • Genesys Cloud Voice Admin role

On the Numbers tab of the Number Management page, you can filter the list of numbers.

  1. Click Admin. 
  2. Under Genesys Cloud Voice, click Number Management.
  3. Click the Numbers tab.
  4. Use the filter boxes at the top.
    • To filter by a set of numbers, type the digits in the Search From and Search To boxes. You can enter as many digits as you want. When you begin to enter digits in the Search From box, the filter immediately begins to filter the list of numbers.
      Note: Type the numbers with no spaces, dashes, or parentheses between the digits.
    • To filter numbers by status, select from the Status list. For more information, see Status indicators.
    • To filter numbers by emergency capability, select from the Emergency Capable list. You can choose Yes, No, or All.
    • To filter numbers by country, select from the Country list.
