Enable pop-out authentication for embedded iframes

Embedded applications in Genesys Cloud are displayed through iframes. Certain embedded applications require user authentication to function properly. If you are using a single sign-on (SSO) provider that does not allow iframe authentication, enable the setting to pop out the authentication for embedded applications.

1. Click Admin.
2. Under Account Settings, click Organization Settings.
3. Click the Authentication tab.
4. Under Genesys Cloud Login, turn the Use Pop-out Authentication for Embedded iframes toggle switch on or off:
   • ON – The authentication pops out for embedded applications.
     Note: When this option is enabled, users accessing the embedded applications in Genesys Cloud must allow pop-ups in their browser settings.
   • OFF – Allows the authentication of the application to embed within the iframes.
5. Click Save.
