Dial By Extension action
When you drag a Dial By Extension action into a menu, you can set up functionality that allows the caller to dial and be transferred to a specific extension. This action can be used in menu choices and task sequences. When you use an action in a menu choice, Architect provides additional settings such as DTMF and speech recognition.
