Create a platform integration

You can create and manage integrations for the following platforms:

  • Apple Messaging for Business
  • Direct Messaging
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Social Listening
  • Whatsapp
  • X (Twitter)

Create a platform integration

To create a platform integration, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Platform Integrations.
  2. In the Messaging Platforms page, click + Create New Integration. 
  3. In the Message page, click the platform for which you want to create an integration.
  4. Update the fields as required.
  5. Click Save.
