Create a new audio profile
You can use third-party headsets, headphones, and microphones with Genesys Cloud audio profiles.
- For more information about supported headsets, see Configure a Plantronics/Poly headset, Configure a Jabra headset, Configure a Sennheiser/EPOS headset, or Configure a Yealink headset.
- Make sure that you have connected your device before you create or modify an audio profile.
- Due to browser restrictions, some features may not be available in all browsers. For best results, Genesys recommends that you use Chrome or the desktop application.
- Genesys Cloud associates your audio profile with your user and stores the profile in the cloud.
