Add people to your organization

Choose one of the following:

Synchronize user entities from the customer’s existing identity management system with Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management). For more information, see About Genesys Cloud SCIM (Identity Management).
Import a CSV file with basic profile information for a group of users.
Add people one at a time as they join your organization.

Note: User accounts can be created before allowing users the ability to log in to their accounts.
