Series: Create a location

If you have employees who work from home or other non-office locations, then they can’t drop a pin onto a floor plan. For such cases, Genesys recommends that you create a location for the geographic area and add maps instead of floor plans.

1. Create a location named for the area or region.
2. Add a floor named for the city.
3. Instead of a floor plan, add a map of the city to the floor.
