Add languages to the prompts tabs

You can add languages that appear on the User Prompts and System Prompts tabs. This feature lets you easily see which configured prompts exist for a particular language. For example, let’s assume you want to see which audio prompts you still need to record in Spanish. You can add the Spanish column and then sort the prompt to see which ones have not been recorded in Spanish. Adding a language displays the column on both the User Prompts tab and the System Prompts tab.

By default, the browser language is set as the default visible language column.

1. From the Architect home page, click or hover over the Prompts menu and select System or User.
2. Click the Languages button and click in the box that appears. Architect displays a list of available languages.
3. Select the language or languages you want to add.
   Note: Architect only displays five languages at a time.
4. Click the Languages button to close the language list.
