Add BYOC Cloud or PureCloud Voice to your subscription

  • An existing PureCloud Voice or BYOC Cloud subscription
  • Any of the following Billing permissions:
    • Billing > All Permissions
    • Billing > Subscription > Add
    • Billing > Subscription > View

You can use PureCloud Voice and BYOC Cloud together to provide you with the best of both our cloud telephony connection options. If you have BYOC Cloud, you can add PureCloud Voice to your subscription. If you have PureCloud Voice, you can add BYOC Cloud to your subscription.

To add BYOC Cloud or PureCloud Voice to your subscription, perform these steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account settings, click Genesys Add Ons.
  3. The Genesys Add Ons page appears.
  4. In either the BYOC Cloud or PureCloud Voice tile, click Activate. The Activate dialog box appears.
  5. Select the I accept the Genesys Terms of Service check box.
  6. Click Activate.

While PureCloud sets up your service and updates your billing, a progress spinner appears. When the process completes, your new service is ready to use. For more information, see About BYOC Cloud or About PureCloud Voice.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Account settings, click Subscription.
  3. The Billing & Usage page appears.
  4. Under Resources, click the appropriate link: either Add BYOC Cloud Service or Add PureCloud Voice Service. The Genesys Add Ons page appears. 
  5. Follow the steps in the main section of this article.

Note: If you are a PureCloud partner or PureCloud customer who does not already have a BYOC Cloud or PureCloud Voice subscription, clicking Genesys Add Ons prompts you to contact your sales representative.
