Series: Configure the Nuance Mix Bot integration
Activate and configure the Nuance Mix integration
After you add the Nuance Mix credentials to the Genesys Cloud Nuance Mix integration and add your bots, make sure to activate it. This step enables you to access Nuance Mix bots in an Architect bot flow.
- Click Admin.
- Under Integrations, click Integrations.
- Next to the appropriate Nuance Mix integration, in the Status column click Inactive. The Change Status dialog box opens.
- Click Yes. The Nuance Mix status changes to Active.
