Prerequisites
  • Genesys Cloud CX 1, Genesys Cloud CX 2, or Genesys Cloud CX 3 license.
  • A valid Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flow subscription. For more information, contact Genesys Cloud Sales.
  • Nuance OAuth Client ID and Client secret credentials. For more information, see the Nuance Mix documentation or contact your Nuance representative directly.

This installation integrates the Nuance Recognizer as a Service integration into Genesys Cloud. Install the Nuance Recognizer as a Service integration from Genesys AppFoundry. Installation adds the app to your organization’s Admin > Integrations page. Then configure and activate the integration.

Note: Genesys Nuance Recognizer as a Service beta only supports US regional endpoints and the following languages: English United States (en-US), and United States and Latin America (es-US). For more information about EU regions and further language releases, see the Nuance Recognizer documentation or contact your Nuance representatives directly.

To install the Nuance Recognizer as a Service integration, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Integrations, click Integrations.
  3. Click Integrations.
  4. In the Search box, type Nuance Recognizer as a Service. The card for Nuance Recognizer as a Service appears.
  5. Click Install.

Nuance Recognizer as a Service is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
