List of favorites within the user directory

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will add a new Favorites tab to the User Directory page, giving users an easy way to view the people and groups they have marked as favorites. The Favorites tab will appear on the main stage, allowing it to be displayed alongside the Agent Workspace in split-screen mode for quick access during daily tasks. This view will also follow the same access permissions as the existing User Directory tabs, providing a consistent and secure experience while helping users easily find key contacts and check their availability.
