Change voicemail PIN

The following permissions:

  • To receive voicemails: Voicemail > Voicemail > Receive
  • To add a voicemail greeting: Greetings > Greeting > Add
  • To delete a voicemail greeting: Greetings > Greeting > Delete 
  • To edit a voicemail greeting: Greetings > Greeting > Edit
  • To view External Contact names in inbox: ExternalContacts > Contact > View

Use your voicemail PIN to access your voicemail from your phone when you are not logged in to Genesys Cloud. Change your voicemail PIN from your preferences.

To access your preferences, on the sidebar, click your profile picture. Then click Preferences.

To access your preferences, on the Menu bar, click your profile picture. Then click Preferences.

To change your voicemail PIN, from Preferences, click Voicemail PIN.

  1. Enter your new PIN in the fields.
  2. Click Change PIN.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
