Genesys Cloud Voice and BYOC Cloud Usage report

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will include the Conversation ID and Zip Code fields in the Call Detail Records (CDRs) available in the GCV and BYOC Cloud Usage reports. The Usage report provides customers with detailed information about their telephony activity, including call time, duration, completion status, and source and destination numbers. The new fields will appear as the two rightmost columns in the existing Usage (CSV) reports. These additional data points will be available for usage periods that occur after the feature release date.
Adding the Conversation ID gives administrators better visibility into call activity, and helps them reconcile usage charges more efficiently across divisions. Previously, the Usage reports did not include this identifier.
