Share Performance dashboards

Feature coming soon

Prerequisites

The following permissions:

  • To share the dashboards with work teams within all the divisions: Groups > Work Team > View
  • To share the dashboards with users within all the divisions: Directory > User > View permission

Genesys Cloud allows supervisors to share the performance dashboards with anyone within their organization, specific work teams, or users. The supervisors can share the dashboards from the Performance Dashboard summary page and the Performance Dashboard detail page.

Public access is sharing the permission organizationally wide. Only if a person is given permission, that person accesses the widgets. A person who does not have access to the specified permission and division cannot view the widgets in a dashboard. A dashboard can have users, queues, flows, flow outcomes, and wrap-ups. Each dashboard item has permission and division requirements.

You can add filters to restrict the person from accessing the dashboard. A yellow banner at the top of the view indicates limited access to the dashboard. If the person has no access to any widget in the dashboard, the dashboard is not visible to that person.

    Note:
    • By default, only the dashboard owner can view and edit the dashboard.
    • Only private dashboards, owned by the user, can be shared with the work teams.
    • The dashboard owner with the Groups > Work Team > View permission can share their dashboard with the work teams within the divisions.
    • The members of the work team can view the dashboard.
    • The dashboard owner with the Directory > User > View permission can share their dashboard with the users within the divisions.
    • The user with the required view permission alone can view the shared dashboard.
    • If the dashboard owner gets deleted from the organization, the dashboards created by the dashboard owner get deleted. Hence, the users using the shared dashboards cannot access the shared dashboards.
    • If the dashboard owner is inactive in the organization, the dashboards created by the dashboard owner remain available. Hence, the users using the shared dashboards can continue accessing the shared dashboards.
    • Users in inactive mode do not impact the dashboards. The users with whom the dashboard was shared can access the dashboard.
    • The team’s membership changes do not reflect immediately on the dashboard sharing. The membership changes take a few hours, but no more than 24 hours, to take effect.
