Preview a version of a Messenger configuration

  • Genesys Cloud CX 2, Genesys Cloud CX 3, Genesys Cloud CX 4, Genesys Cloud CX 2 Digital, Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital, or Genesys Cloud CX 1 Digital Add-on II license
  • Web Deployments > Configurations > All permission
  • Web Deployments > Deployments > All permission
  • An inbound messaging flow

To preview a version of a Messenger configuration, perform the following steps: 

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Message, click Messenger Configurations.
  3. Navigate to the Messenger configuration that you want to preview and click the name in the Configuration Name column.
  4. Click the Versions tab.
  5. Navigate to the version that you want to preview.
  6. Click Moreand from the menu that appears, click Preview. The preview of the version appears. You cannot change a version. You can clone the version to the draft version and make modifications. 
  7. To return to the configuration of the current draft, click Back to Draft.
