  • Web Deployments > Configurations > All permission
  • Web Deployments > Deployments > All permission
  • An inbound messaging flow

You can preview the version before you clone a version of a Messenger configuration.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Message, click Messenger Configurations.
  3. Navigate to the Messenger configuration you want to preview and click the name in the Configuration Name column.
  4. Click the Versions tab.
  5. Navigate to the version you want to preview.
  6. Click Moreand from the menu that appears, click Preview. The preview of the version appears. You cannot make changes to a version. You can clone the version to the draft version and make modifications.
  7. Click Back to Draft to return to the configuration of the current draft.
