Work with and complete a development and feedback module

Prerequisites:
  • Learning > Assignment > View permission

Agents receive a notification when someone assigns a module to them. The notification stays in the inbox until the agent completes the module. 

Completing learning modules enables agents to gain vital skills and knowledge that help them in their role. Organizations can create custom modules, specific to their company needs, which ensure that you always have up to date and relevant knowledge or information.

Note:

When you work with Development and Feedback, you can only create, work with, edit, and assign a feedback module in divisions for which you have permission. You can only view data from the divisions in which you belong. For more information, see Divisions overview and Assign roles, divisions, licenses, and add-ons.

 

Review the content provided in the module content step and load the content in any order you want. For more information, see Add content to a development and feedback module.

To view and complete a module:

  1. Click the module link in your inbox. 
  2. Start or continue the module. You can navigate in the module with the help of the Content and, if the learning module has assessment, the Assessment tab on the left side.
    • The Content tab lists the module content items. 
      Note: If the module content order is enforced, you can only complete the modules sequentially, and you can only move to another module if you complete the prior module.
    • The Assessment tab is available if the learning module has assessment tasks.
  3. View all contents in the module, and complete the assessment if applicable.

    Notes:
    • You can follow your progress with the progress bar at the lower left corner of the module.
    • During the assignment, Genesys Cloud automatically saves your answers.
  4. When you finish, click Complete.
