Prerequisites
  • An existing Genesys Cloud Voice or BYOC Cloud subscription
  • Any of the following Billing permissions:
    • Billing > All Permissions
    • Billing > Subscription > Add
    • Billing > Subscription > View

You can use Genesys Cloud Voice and BYOC Cloud together to provide you with the best of both our cloud telephony connection options. If you have BYOC Cloud, you can add Genesys Cloud Voice to your subscription. If you have Genesys Cloud Voice, you can add BYOC Cloud to your subscription.

Note: This procedure should be performed during off hours to avoid any potential outage.

To add BYOC Cloud or Genesys Cloud Voice to your subscription, 

  1. Go to https://appfoundry.genesys.com/.
  2. Search for the cloud telephony connection option you want to add.
  3. Click the card and follow the instructions.

While Genesys Cloud sets up your service and updates your billing, a progress spinner appears. When the process completes, your new service is ready to use. For more information, see About BYOC Cloud or About Genesys Cloud Voice.
