Allow apps to place calls

Before using Collaboration integrations, such as the Microsoft Teams integration and the Zoom Phone integration, you must enable the Genesys Cloud setting which allows the application to place calls.

  1. In Genesys CloudFrom menu bar in Genesys Cloud, click Calls.
  2. Click Phone Settings.
