Explore contact details

View the full contact information for a contact, notes associated with a contact, and the dates, notes, and wrap-up codes of previous interactions associated with a contact. From this full contact record, you can also check that the contact record matches the person in the interaction so Genesys Cloud can link the interaction with the contact.

1. In the Interactions panel, click Profile.

2. To the right of the contact’s name, click the arrow.
   The contact’s details open to the right of the Interactions panel.
   From the details panel, you can also do the following:

   • Edit contact information.

   • Manage notes for the contact.

   • Delete a contact.

   • View the interaction history for the contact.

3. To return to the contact in the Interactions panel, to the upper right, click Close .
