Add a relationship

Relationships represent the connections between the people at your company and external organizations.

1. Click Directory > External Contacts.
2. Click the Organizations tab.
3. (Optional) If necessary, search for the organization.
4. Click the organization.
5. Under Relationships, search for a Genesys Cloud user.
6. Select the user.
7. In the box, type the nature of the relationship.
8. Click Save.
