Markdown in scripts

Genesys Cloud now supports Markdown language in scripts. This feature enables script designers to create tables, easily apply multiple formats, and quickly format text. For more information, see Markdown script component and Script editor overview.

Assign queues when editing a person

Administrators can now assign queues to an agent from the Edit Person page. This feature helps administrators quickly update user profiles. For more information, see the Add queues when you edit a person section of Assign queues to an agent.

External contact address information in searches

Genesys Cloud now displays contact address information in searches, making it easier for agents to find the right external contact. For more information, see Search for a contact’s profile
