HIPAA and PCI compliance status in organization settings

Administrators can now check the status of the organization’s HIPAA compliance and PCI DSS compliance. For more information, see Manage Organization page: Settings tab.

Chat attachment support for HIPAA-compliant organizations

Users in HIPAA-compliant organizations can now send attachments in chat. For more information, see HIPAA compliance.

Simplified user management

Administrators can more easily view user status and control login access. Genesys Cloud automatically activates users when sending an invite or resetting a password. Administrators can also view more users per page. For more information, see Manage People page.

SSO support for Ping Identity
