Select download location in Windows desktop app
Windows desktop app users can now specify the location to save downloads. For more information, see Set general preferences in Change Windows desktop app settings.
Communicate
Custom dashboard to monitor real-time telephony performance
Telephony administrators can create and view a custom dashboard of live metrics to monitor Genesys Cloud telephony network performance. For more information, see View the Edge and trunk metrics. This feature requires Edge and Media Tier version 1.0.0.5742 or later.
Track Edge operational states
Telephony administrators can monitor an Edge’s current state. Before an operation that takes an Edge offline can proceed, call draining ensures that the Edge completes existing and active interactions. For more information, see Edge operational states. This feature requires Edge and Media Tier version 1.0.0.5742 or later.
Contact center
French language support in Architect
System audio file support in Architect is now available for French – France (Fr-FR) for the Play Estimated Wait Time and Play Position In Queue actions and Collect Input verification. Recording download permission
Policy-based recording downloads now require the Recording > Recording > Download permission. For more information, see Download a recording.
Web-based phone settings in Interactions panel
Agents can now check settings and troubleshoot issues with their Genesys Cloud web-based phones in the Interactions panel. For more information, see Test your media settings.
