In a future release of Genesys Cloud, administrators will be able to apply roles for authorized users and groups to specific divisions within their organizations. Currently, although roles can be assigned to authorized users or groups within the paired organization, they are applied universally across all divisions. With this enhancement, assigning roles to authorized users or groups will involve refining these pages to align more consistently with role assignments in the People view.
