View responses

The following permissions:

  • Responses > Library > View
  • Responses > Response > View

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Contact Center, click Canned Responses.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To view all canned responses, click Responses.
    • To view the canned responses in a particular library, under Libraries, click the library you want.
      The responses appear in the Responses tab.
      Note: The Responses tab in the Canned Responses admin user interface restricts search results to display 250 responses. If you do not provide a search string, only the first 250 responses are displayed. If you have a large repository of responses, then refine your search terms for better results. Alternatively, access the Libraries tab and select a library to see all responses in that library.

Filter responses by library

  1. Click Filter.
  2. Under Libraries, select a library to view responses belonging to that library and click Apply. To select multiple libraries, select the check box near the library names.
  3. (Optional) To clear any selected libraries, click Clear Filters next to the library name. Clear Filters removes all filters currently applied.
