View schedules or schedule groups associated with a schedule


Prerequisites
  • Telephony > Plugin > All permission

You can view and access the schedule groups that include a particular schedule. 

    1. Click Admin.
    2. Under Routing, click Scheduling.
    3. Click the Schedules tab.
    4. In the Schedule Name column, select the check box next to the schedule whose schedule groups you want to view.
    5. Click More 
    6. From the menu that appears select Usage. The schedule’s Usages page opens.
    7. To open a schedule, click the entry link. The Edit Schedule page opens with the selected group.
    8. To open a schedule group, click the entry link. The Edit Schedule Group page opens with the selected group.
