View schedules or schedule groups associated with a schedule
- Telephony > Plugin > All permission
You can view and access the schedule groups that include a particular schedule.
- Click Admin.
- Under Routing, click Scheduling.
- Click the Schedules tab.
- In the Schedule Name column, select the check box next to the schedule whose schedule groups you want to view.
- Click More .
- From the menu that appears select Usage. The schedule’s Usages page opens.
- To open a schedule, click the entry link. The Edit Schedule page opens with the selected group.
- To open a schedule group, click the entry link. The Edit Schedule Group page opens with the selected group.
