View operating schedules or operating schedule groups associated with an operating schedule

The following permissions:

  • Architect > Flow > Add, Edit, View 
  • Routing > Schedule > Add, Edit, View, Delete
  • Routing > Schedule Group > Add, Edit, Delete

You can view and access the operating schedule groups that include a particular operating schedule. 

    1. Click Admin.
    2. Under Routing, click Operating Schedules.
    3. Click the Schedules tab.
    4. In the Schedule Name column, select the check box next to the operating schedule whose operating schedule groups you want to view.
    5. Click More .
    6. From the menu that appears select Usage. The operating schedule’s Usages page opens.
    7. To open an operating schedule, click the entry link. The Edit Schedule page opens with the selected group.
    8. To open an operating schedule group, click the entry link. The Edit Schedule Group page opens with the selected group.
