Set up work automation

Prerequisites
  • Genesys Cloud customers with Genesys Cloud CX 1, Genesys Cloud CX 2, and Genesys Cloud CX 3 can add work automation to their subscription.
  • Set up the necessary divisions and the permissions as outlined in the task-specific pages

To add work automation to your subscription, contact your account executive, sales consultant, or your designated Customer Service Manager. To set up work automation for your org, use these guidelines. For an overview of work automation, see Work automation overview.

Basic configuration

  1. Create custom attributes.
  2. Create a workbin.
  3. Create a worktype.

Advanced configuration

You can now create a workitem.
