Add a supported language to a flow
You can add supported language and language configuration to individual flows. You can specify the default language in which Architect plays prompts or displays prompt text in this flow back to the user. You can also specify the TTS engine and voice for each language.
Note: The organization's default text-to-speech (TTS) engine is Genesys TTS. To access additional third-party TTS engines in Architect, first obtain them from the Genesys AppFoundry. Then, configure them in Genesys Cloud. For more information, see About text-to-speech (TTS) engines.
