To format the text in email interaction messages, you can use the text formatting toolbar. Formatted text appears in the text editing field.text editor bar To format text, do one of the following:

  • Select a formatting button and type your message
  • Type your message first, select the text that you want to format, and then select a formatting button
Note: If you copy and paste text, simple HTML formatting remains when you paste the text into the text editing field. Use the text formatting toolbar to remove or add formatting to the pasted text.

This text is justified. The text aligns on the left and right sides by adding extra space between words and letters.
