Edit a custom script action


  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts.

  3. Click the name of a script to open it in script editor.

  4. Click Actions . A list of custom actions and built-in options appears. 

  5. To change a custom action, click its name. Properties of that action appear.

  6. Use the actions editor to modify the action as needed.

  7. Click Save.
