Edit a contact list filter

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Outbound Dialing, click List Management.
  3. Click the Contact List Filters tab.
  4. Check the box for the filter that you want to edit. This action opens the properties of the filter.
  5. Rename the filter, change the conditions, or change the condition groups as needed.
  6. Under Voice Campaign Recycling, select the checkbox beside each of the voice campaigns associated with this filter that you would like to recycle.
    Note: Campaign recycling is not available in messaging campaigns. When adding a contact list filter to a messaging campaign in progress, the running campaign must complete before the changes take effect.
  7. Click Save. The system recycles the selected campaigns using the updated contact list filter.
