Edit organization information

  • Externalcontacts > Externalorganization > Edit

Note: You can edit information for organizations that have been created in External Contacts. You cannot edit information for organizations that have been imported from Salesforce.

  1. Click Directory > External Contacts.
  2. Click the Organizations tab.
  3. If necessary, search for the organization.
  4. Click the organization.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Update the organization details.
  7. Click Save.
