Duplicate or delete guides

 
  • Virtual Agent enabled in your organization. For more information, contact your designated Customer Success Manager.
  • AI Studio permissions for Guides. For more information about all the required permissions, see AI Studio permissions. 

Within AI Studio, you can duplicate an existing guide to create a new one. You can also delete an existing guide, if required.

    Duplicate a guide

    1. Click Admin.
    2. Under AI Studio, click Guides.
    3. Click Menu > Orchestration > AI Studio > Guides.
    4. Open an existing guide.
    5. In the right pane, click More and select Duplicate .
    6. Type a new name for the guide.
    7. Click Duplicate to create a new guide.
    8. Click View new guide to open the newly created guide or click Close to close the dialog box. 

    Delete a guide

    Note: Use Architect’s Dependency Search tab to search for flows that have dependency on a guide before deleting the guide.
    1. Open an existing guide.
    2. In the right pane, click More and select Delete .
    3. Click Delete to delete the guide or click Cancel to cancel the deletion.
