Download a recording


  • Analytics > Conversation Detail > View permission
  • Recording > Recording > Download permission

You can download policy-based voice and screen recordings one at a time from an interaction’s detail page.

  1. Click Performance > Interactions.
  2. Click an interaction.
  3. Click Download Recording.
  4. Type a name for the recording and choose a file type.
  5. Click Download Recording.
