On January 8, 2020, Genesys removed the Classic Queues views. The Queues Performance views and Queue Activity views, accessible from Performance > Workspace > Queues, replace the Classic Queues views. These views provide more robust capabilities for tracking queue performance and activity. 

We will discontinue development and will no longer address bugs or minor issues specific to the Classic Queues views on September 25, 2019. However, we will continue to resolve any major breakage until removal date on January 8, 2020.
