Delete a script action

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Contact Center, click Scripts.

  3. Click the name of a script to open it in script editor.

  4. Click Actions . A list of custom actions and built-in options appears. 

  5. Next to the name of the action to delete, click Remove .
