Delete a rule set


Note: Before you delete a rule set, edit the properties of any campaign that references it. You cannot delete a rule set that is assigned to a campaign. 

To delete one or more rule sets:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Outbound Dialing, click Rule Management.

  3. Click the Call Rule Sets tab or the Campaign Rules tab.

  4. Check rule sets to delete.

  5. Click Delete, and then click Yes to confirm the deletion. figure shows delete ruleset button
