Delete a contactable time set


Prerequisite:  Before you delete a contactable time entry, assign a different entry (or no entry) to all campaigns that reference it.

Administrators can delete contactable times that are not in use by campaigns.

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Outbound Dialing, click Contactable Time Sets.

  3. Select the check box in the first column of each row to delete.

  4. Click Delete. A message appears, asking you tot confirm the deletion.

  5. Click Yes. The system deletes selected items or displays an error message.
