Delete a callable times set

Prerequisite:  Before you delete a callable time entry, assign a different entry (or no entry) to all campaigns that reference it.

Administrators can delete callable times that are not in use by campaigns.

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Outbound Dialing, click Callable Time Sets.

  3. Select the check box in the first column of each row to delete.

  4. Click Delete. A message appears, asking you tot confirm the deletion.

  5. Click Yes. The system deletes selected items or displays an error message.
