Delete Access Policies

Prerequisites

The following permissions:

  • Authorization > policy > Delete
  • Authorization > policy > View

You cannot delete Genesys Cloud designed policy templates from the Templates tab.

To delete access policies created for your organization, do the following:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under People & Permissions, click Access Policies. The list of policies appears.
  3. Click Menu > User Management > Access Policies.
  4. On the Policies tab, navigate to the policy that you want to delete. 
  5. Navigate to the policy that you want to delete. 
  6. Under the Actions column, click More  and from the menu that appears, click Delete.
