Delete a voicemail
Prerequisites
The following permissions:
- Voicemail > Voicemail > Receive (to receive voicemails)
- Greetings > Greeting > Add (to add a voicemail greeting)
- Greetings > Greeting > Delete (to delete a voicemail greeting)
- Greetings > Greeting > Edit (to edit a voicemail greeting)
Warning: Deletion is permanent. When you delete a voicemail, you cannot undo this action.
- Access your voicemail box.
- For the voicemail you want to delete, click More .
- And then, click Delete Voicemail.
Note: To delete multiple voicemails, you must delete each one individually.
