Customize campaigns view columns

To control which columns appear in a campaigns view:

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Outbound, click Campaign Management.
  3. Go to the Voice Campaigns tab or the Digital Campaigns tab.
  4. Click Customize.

  5. Click Show / Hide Columns.

  6. To include or exclude a column from the view, click the plus or minus button for the campaign. You can also reorder columns by dragging items to new positions in the list on the left side. The top-down order of columns becomes the left-to-right order at runtime.

    Tip: As a best practice, always include the Name and Progress columns in the view.


  7. Click Apply.
