Create and add a custom tab for contact center administration
The GC for SCV Settings custom component is available upon successful installation of the CX Cloud, Voice for Salesforce Service Cloud package. Use this custom component and create a Lightning Component tab in Salesforce. Once created, you can integrate the tab into the existing Administration Settings app. For more information, see Create and add custom tabs to a Lightning app.
Now, your Administration Settings app has the navigation items as shown in the following image:
The GC for SCV Settings component gives you the options to set up and manage contact centers in Salesforce Service Cloud that connects and routes voice calls through Genesys Cloud.
