Copy an existing schedule
You can copy a previously published or unpublished schedule, including all agents, shifts, and activities, to a new week’s schedule.
- Click Admin.
- Under Workforce Management, click Schedules.
- From the Business Unit list in the upper right corner, select the desired business unit.
- (Optional) To change the time zone in which you view data, in the upper right hand corner select the current time zone list. Note: By default, the view uses the business unit’s time zone.
- From the list of schedules, select the schedule you want to copy to a new week.
- On the right corner of the selected schedule, click .
- From the options, click Copy. The Copy Schedule page opens.
- In the Schedule Start Week field, click to select the start week of the schedule. Note: If the schedule you are copying is longer than one week, the schedule week represents the first week of the new schedule.
- (Optional) In the Description field, add a description for the schedule and click Save. The system returns to the Schedules page.
- (Optional) Open the schedule and make any modifications.
