Copy a rule set


To duplicate a rule set:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Outbound Dialing, click Rule Management.

  3. Click the Call Rule Sets tab or the Campaign Rules tab.

  4. Check rule sets to copy.

    Figures shows a rule set that is checked so that it can be copied.

  5. Click Copy.

    Figure shows where the copy button is located in the toolbar.

    Each rule set name is appended with “- copy,” followed by a number.
